Gordy- The Banj-ologist

Gordy The Banj-ologist takes you on a musical journey for a neighborly visit with your ancestors. You'll hear your great-great grand parents' favorite songs, just the way they did, from Gordy's movable museum of rare antique banjos. Choose from:

Banjo-ology – A theatrical humorous history of American popular music 1800-1935 featuring rare vintage instruments, quirky history and cultural comedy. Hits from each era of minstrel show tunes, ragtime, early jazz, vaudeville, bluegrass & swing..

Stomp Clap, Wiggle, Sing – A very participatory show with clap-along, stomp-along up temp selections. Study guides available for all grades.

Songs of the Pioneers – Our musical heritage comes alive through 4 century-old instruments, a gentle comic commentary and the favorite songs of our ancestors.

Cost for 2 performances $580
